This qualification is structured into 11 sections

  • Client care and the consultation process
  • Health, safety and hygiene
  • Essential theory: Anatomy and physiology of the skin and hair
  • Contra-indications and contra-actions
  • Products and equipment
  • Preparation of the environment and client
  • Waxing techniques
  • Aftercare and further treatment advice
  • Practical demonstration
  • Individual learner practice
  • Practical assessments

Successful achievement of all eleven mandatory units must be achieved for the full qualification.
